Your Guide To The Ultimate Self-Care Day

Self-care is the best care and having some quality “me” time is super important. Not only that, it’s what you deserve! Today, we are sharing our guide on how you can take the time to focus solely on yourself and have the ultimate self-care day. Let’s get started!


Start The Day Off Right

Get your day started by getting up early (of course, you can definitely sleep in if you so choose - you do you!) to maximize your day of you! Next, wake your skin up by doing your morning skin care routine and light a candle to set the mood for your day ahead. Heal Your Mind, Body, & Soul

A little physical activity can help relieve stress and ease your mind, body, and soul! Perhaps take a stroll around your neighborhood or local hiking trail, or maybe even partake in a yoga sesh. Looking to try something new? Research different workouts that you can do at home or find a place that offers classes that pique your interest. The possibilities are endless!  


Complete Your Favorite Activity

Do you always find yourself wanting to complete your favorite activity but can never find the time? Well now this is a better time than ever to do it! Setting some time aside to complete your favorite activity that you usually don’t have time for during the week is never a bad thing. In fact, it's important to find time for things you enjoy! Whether it’s catching up on your favorite show, reading a book, or listening to your favorite music, there’s always something to do that you can cross off your list.   


Cook Your Favorite Meal

Cooking yourself at least one homemade meal can be comforting and good for you! A healthy dish that gives you your proper nutrition for the day or a meal that reminds you of something that a family member makes are both great ways to fill up. If you don’t feel like making a whole meal, put together a little snack! 


Journal

Journaling your thoughts or reflecting on your day is truly therapeutic!
