We offer a 5 day return and 2 week exchange policy for all new/unused products. Due to the nature of our handmade fresh products and COVID-19, we do not offer returns or refunds for opened or used products due to safety reasons. We do,however, offer sample and/or travel size options for most products for customers who want to try our products prior to fully committing to a full size container. We are confident that you will love our products so much our sample size is simply not enough! Please allow about 2-5 business days to make your order prior to shipping through your chosen provider. We offer shipping through USPS, UPS, & FedEx of which you can select during checkout

 

Your happiness is of utmost importance. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send us an email (help@purrfectsunday.com) with your order number, your name and a photo of the item and the outside of the package. We will contact the shipping company and report these damages and start a claim. Products that are damaged from shipping will be replaced as long as the above requirements are met. If there is a question on quality, please feel free to message us as we want to be able to help as best as we can. We want all our customers to be thrilled with our products! Please note that we have no control over the shipping speed of your package delivery, but we will certainly try our best to help with other inquiries about our products and process :o)

 

As a friendly reminder, please be sure you have entered the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for shipping to incorrect shipping addresses. If the package is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

 

Typically, our products are made to order in an effort to reduce on waste while maintaining our commitment to quality freshly made products! Our standard product lasts about 3 months from date on bottle prior to diminishing potency, unless otherwise specified on individual listing. Because our products are handmade with mostly natural ingredients, the textures of the product may change depending on the temperature of the final location. Should the product liquefy, please feel free to pop it in the fridge for about 15 minutes or so, the product will harden back to original texture. Due to the nature of natural ingredients, please be understanding the colors and texture will vary slightly for each batch, but the quality will remain the same!
