The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Care instructions

Because our products are natural and plant based, average shelf life ranges from 6 - 12 months. Please keep your products out of heat and sun for maximum shelf life. Keep all products dry.

Check for Sensitivity or Allergy

If you are trying a new product, it's always best to spot test 24-48 hours prior to full application.

Please note it is the customer's responsibility to test for skin sensitivities prior to use. We are not responsible for negative reactions to product.

How to spot test: Apply a small amount of product covering 1/2 to 1 inch of the inner forearm or wrist. After 24-48 hours if no reaction has occurred, you can apply product. Should you get redness, irritation or other allergic reactions, please refrain from further use.

Processing Time

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to make products to order, excluding holidays. We do not ship out on holidays or on weekends. Once package is ready to ship, we will forward you the tracking information on Etsy.

Why can't I return the item if it's been opened?

Because of our strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or have the safety seal broken.

We can only allow exchanges or returns on items that are in new and unused conditions. No exceptions.

Where are the products made?

All our products are handmade in artisan batches here within our Chicago studio.
